Remember that the circumference of a circle =2*pi*r

And 360 degrees is a whole circle and that the arc length of a whole circle is its circumference

So: 2*pi*r (radians)= 360 (degrees)

Tangential Measurements:

Tangential Acceleration=(alpha)r

Tangential Speed = (omega)r

Arc Length = (angle)r

Angular Measurements:

Arc Length = r*angle

Angular Speed= omega = 2*pi*frequency = 2*pi / period

Frequency = 1 / Period

(frequency is how many times it happens per second. Period is how long it takes to happen)

Centripetal acceleration = v^2 / r = r*(omega)^2
